The app didn't worked inside the palace, since the cellular internet is very weak. I had to rent the tablet for the guide. The app is a total waste of money.

Couldn't get this app to do anything useful, in any language, on my Sony xperia xa2. The palace museum itself is well worth a visit, but the app is useless to me.

Application is not adapted for the phone. It's possible to listen a tour, but some buttons looks ugly.
don't buy this app if you have 18:9 screen ratio .. the app doesn't work as it should. plus it consume very much battery power

Very helpful and a well done app. You will need to do a download followed by a second download before it will run. So make it work before you start your tour. Don't forget to also get the Armory tour, and yes, two downloads required.
Doesn't work. Stuck in landscape. Need to download the content in advance but they don't tell you, so when you are in the Palace, it is useless. Also some screens force you to end the app, cannot go back or do anything. Poorly designed and executed
